huawei scl-u31 probem

i have huawei y6c (scl-u31 with qualcomm snapdragon chip) but: accidently erase recovery! so no recovery and no access to sd card, and usb port is not detected by pc with drivers installed on pc!
so how to proceed in board to reactive to usb detection, and the test point is failed! why?!!!! i don't know!!
waiting for answers please help!

thank you sir for answer! but explain: what is ufi? a box? and how with jtag? ( i already use jtag but with demodulers ans pc) so i wait for you explaining? schematic, files or any thing to guid me.thank u
