I will explain the main problem before that anyone says that i am saying bad things about anyone !
I paid from about 6 months ago a one year activation for NCK Dongle for my client.
Everything was OK until it got blocked one day ! without any reason !
I have contacted the reseller (no need for names right now) and he said to try after 24h.
I have spent a long period trying and trying again to find a solution to recover back my client's activation with chatting with the reseller.
I have posted too many posts about the subject trying to find solution.
I felt like i am begging them to give me my right to recover the account.
In the first post to request the recovery, i posted the serial wich i assume that i was not supposed to do ! (but it was already blocked from about 1 month trying to recover it).
That day, they found a reason to say why it is blocked : They said that posting it in public is the reason why it got blocked.
But it was the first time i post it in public after 1 MONTH of asking to recover back my account.
I am really really disappointed about them.
There is too many alternatives. and i am certain that i will never work with them again.
Now, i know that i got scammed ! There is no reason to not reactivate my client's activation.
Last and not least :
Dear sir, yes it is an obligation, it is a one year service, so you should respect the commitment !
Where have you been when i tried to contact you for about 1 month before posting the thread ?
I will never ever work with you, i will never recommend you.
